Dr Rahul Jandial is a neurosurgeon and neuroscientist. He gives his expertise on why people can perform feats of extreme endurance where it really is mind over matter.
Then Professor Greg Whyte is an academic but also a former modern pantathlete Olympian who has perfomed feats of extreme endurance as an elite athlete. He uses his extensive academic and practical experience to help others to perform outside their comfort levels - including celebrities doing events for various charities.
